Somatic-informed coaching combines conversation with awareness of what you’re noticing in your body, such as your breath, posture, or sensations. These observations can offer another way to reflect on what matters to you and what choices you might want to explore. The work is collaborative: you decide what feels useful, and you can always adapt or decline a body-based invitation.

We begin with what you’d like to focus on. We may explore your thoughts, feelings, values, or a decision you’re facing. If it feels useful, I may invite you to pause and notice your breath or body. We’ll close by reflecting on what you’re taking away. You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly formed goal or a plan.

Coaching may be a fit if you spend a lot of time showing up for others and want dedicated space to reconnect with what you need, reflect on what matters, and consider your next steps. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk.
-
No. Coaching is a collaborative process for reflection, awareness, and exploring choices. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or mental-health treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed mental-health professional. If you’re unsure what kind of support would be right for you, we can discuss that during an initial conversation.

You don’t have to have any experience with yoga or somatic practices. Somatic awareness and yoga-informed practices are part of my approach, not requirements. Sessions can focus on conversation, and you can adapt or decline any invitation.

I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I’m also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). My coaching draws on Co-Active coaching and is informed by somatic awareness and yoga-informed practices.
