My coaching approach

My coaching is grounded in the Co-Active approach: we work in partnership, starting with what matters to you and making room for your own insight and choices. I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), with 17 years of experience as a hairstylist and salon owner and a background as a yoga teacher.

Our conversations are at the heart of the work. When it feels supportive, I may also invite you to notice what’s happening in your body or explore a gentle, yoga-informed practice. These are invitations, not requirementsyou decide what feels right for you. My aim is to offer a thoughtful space where you can pause, hear yourself more clearly, and explore what you want to do next.*

What a session might look like

  1. We begin with what’s here
We start with whatever feels most present for you. Together, we’ll find a focus for our conversation; there’s no need to arrive with everything figured out.

  2. We make space to notice
As we talk, we’ll explore what’s on your mind and what matters to you. If it feels useful, I may invite you to pause and notice your breath, posture, or what you’re sensing in your body. You’re always free to adapt or pass.

  3. We listen for what matters
We’ll make room for what you’re discovering: your needs, values, questions, or the choices you’re beginning to see. I won’t tell you what your experience means; we’ll stay curious about what it means to you.

  4. You choose what to carry forward
We’ll close by reflecting on what you want to take with you. That might be a next step, a question to sit with, or simply a little more clarity. It’s your choice.

Curious whether this kind of coaching might be a fit?

We can start with a short conversation to talk about what you’re looking for, answer your questions, and see whether working together feels right.
